I'm Lucy Harris, a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Bordon, Hampshire. I offer integrative counselling, tailoring my approach to your individual needs. Bereavement is an area I feel deeply passionate about, shaped by both personal and professional experience. After losing my mum suddenly when I was 16, I came to understand through my own therapy how grief can affect every aspect of our lives. This inspired me to train as a counsellor and support others through loss.

I work with people experiencing all types of grief, including the death of a loved one, miscarriage and pregnancy loss, anticipatory grief, and other significant life changes. Alongside my private practice, I have volunteered at a local hospice for the past two years, supporting patients and their families through end-of-life care and bereavement.

Grief is unique to each person. Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can make sense of your feelings, process your loss, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
