Service Users refers to who ever uses our services

Our services include but are not limited to: psychological assessment, consultation and treatment of individuals from birth to adulthood. 

 

By accepting your appointment, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our service:

We kindly ask that all services are paid in full BEFORE your appointment begins, unless otherwise agreed.

Your therapist may agree for payment to be cleared at a later date. This needs to be confirmed in writing(email only) or in person before the commencement of services.

New Thoughts Hampshire can offer you a payment plan or a reduction in fees if you qualify for financial aid or under compassionate grounds. Please email us your query.

 

Cancellation policy: Ideally, we'd love you to get in touch as soon as you can but we ask for a minimum of 48 hrs notice.

Contact your therapist directly or email us. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hrs you will not be charged.

If you miss an appointment without notice or if you simply forget then will need to pass on the £10 rental fee for the room onto your next appointment. We will NOT charge you for the service or clinician's time.

 

Cost of Services

Your therapist will agree a fee for their service which will be discussed with you beforehand.

Psychological Assessment: £110

Childhood Neuro-developmental Assessment : £110

DOSE Assessment: £90

Treatment sessions: £90-£110     

Professional Consultation: £110
