New Thoughts Hampshire is referred to as the service provider

Service Users refers to who ever uses our services. 

We are an association of affiliates based on our professional qualifications and experience. 

New Thoughts Hampshire is not responsible for individual affiliates but provides a recommendation based on each affiliate's professional qualifications and experience. 

Each affiliate manages their caseload and fixes their prices accordingly. Affiliates may work out of their own practice which may be located outside of the offices provided by New Thoughts Hampshire.

By accepting your appointment, you are accepting the terms and conditions as stated by the affiliate. You can find each affiliate's terms and conditions on their website. New Thoughts Hampshire is not responsible for these websites or how each individual affiliate manages their work. 

Each affiliate abides by a strict confidentiality clause and does not share their client information.

We kindly ask that all services are paid in full BEFORE your appointment begins, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation policy: Ideally, we'd love you to get in touch as soon as you can but we ask for a minimum of 48 hrs notice.

Contact the affiliate directly to give notice of change or cancellation. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hrs you will not be charged.

If you miss an appointment without notice or if you simply forget then will need to pass on the £12 room fee. We will NOT charge you for the service or clinician's time.

If you do not attend your appointment or give less than 48hrs notice, you will be charged for the full price of the service. 

Cost of Services 2026

Each affiliate sets the rate for their service which will be discussed with you beforehand.

Initial chat/ consultation (30 minutes) FREE

Youth Counselling Session £50

Psychological Assessment: £110

Child psychological assessment £70 (includes report)

Treatment session: £50 -£60     

Training and CPD £72/2 hrs
